Do I need Shopify?
For most shops, yes: it is reliable, works with local payments and you can run it from your phone. If you already use WooCommerce, we can improve that instead. We tell you honestly which is cheaper for you.
Can my customers pay cash on delivery or with mobile money?
Yes. We set up cash on delivery with order confirmation, plus the payment provider that works in your country: Paystack, Flutterwave, M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Orange Money, Wave, Paymob, CMI, PayFast or Yoco.
How do I pay you?
In USD, by card or bank transfer (Payoneer and Grey work too). Half to start, half when your store is live. Care and growth plans are monthly, cancel anytime.
Who owns the store?
You do. The Shopify account, domain, products, customers and money are all in your name. We only get staff access while we work.
How long does it take?
Go Online: 3 to 5 days. Store Launch: 7 to 14 days. Brand Store: 3 to 4 weeks. It depends a lot on how quickly we receive your products and photos.
Are there other monthly costs?
Only Shopify's own plan and any paid apps you choose, paid directly to Shopify. We help you pick the cheapest plan that fits.
Do you speak my language?
We work in English, French and Arabic, by WhatsApp, email or video call.
Which countries do you work in?
All of Africa, fully online. We have local payment, delivery and price details ready for 15 countries, including Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco, Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal. Prices are adjusted to buying power in each country.
